By accessing and using Purrfect Engravings ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Purrfect Engravings provides a service that transforms your uploaded images into typography art SVG files optimised for UV-laser engraving on 2-colour acrylic. The service includes:
- Image upload and processing
- Typography art generation using your provided text
- Quality review by our team (and Dax)
- Digital delivery of SVG files
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating an account
- Upload only images you have the right to use
- Not upload offensive, illegal, or infringing content
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of creating your typography art. The typography art SVG files we create for you are licensed to you for personal or commercial use, but you may not resell or redistribute the service itself.
5. Payment and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your typography art, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6. Limitation of Liability
Purrfect Engravings is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
